how can I remove a screw from the headlight of my bmw motorcycle?

   If you can, put pliers on the screw head and pull as you un-screw.

   Get a strip of flat, spring steel. push the end under the screw. Now turn the screw with your screwdriver. You may want to create a slot in the end of the spring, with a file, or Dremel mototool, so you don’t have to worry about it slipping out.

   When you’ve exhausted all possible solutions, starting with a thin pilot hole, drill into the head of the screw.
   Continue to increase the size of the drill bit, to the diameter of the screw’s threads.
   The head of the screw will fall off.
   Remove the remainder of the screw when the headlight is removed.

   Small extractor set. Drill a small hole into the screw head and use a bolt extractor.
